This website collects the information you choose to send us through the Book a Call form: your name, work email, company, role, and anything you write in the message. We use it for one purpose, which is responding to your inquiry and having the conversation you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing.

The site itself does not require an account, does not ask for demographic information, and does not use advertising trackers. We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

If you want the information you sent us corrected or deleted, email hello@thriveleadershipco.com and we will take care of it.

The Thrive Trait Inventory and PACT platforms have their own terms and privacy practices, provided where those products live.
